Founded in 1970, Northland has long been a leader in the commercial real estate industry, having acquired, developed and managed over 20 million square feet of commercial and multifamily real estate nationwide. As the market surged and real estate capital markets became more sophisticated, Northland needed to position itself less as a developer and more as a partner for institutional investors, investment advisors and pension funds. 

We repositioned Northland as an investment company that employs a contrarian approach to finding hidden value in real estate and producing consistently high rates of return. The new logo, brochures, ads and website portray Northland as a better place to invest—run by grounded, entrepreneurial real estate professionals with an ability to see opportunity where others cannot.
