Greenfield Belser has been a Finn Partners company for almost two years. This year we are adopting the new Finn brand style we created for the firm that is on the second spread of our book. That’s exciting for all of us here at Finn, but that’s hardly all that has been going on this past year. Andrews Kurth, based in Houston, does just this with a new firm website, recruiting site and companion recruiting material. Videos capture the culture and business style of the firm.

The centerpiece of the vibrant site is the firm’s straight talk brand promise, colorful proof of the firm’s credentials and color commentary of its lawyers speaking to how they do things–not just what they do.

In print, recruits spin a wheel to see the issues every law student and lateral wants to understand. Online, in a companion website, they find candid answers delivered personally by the firm’s people. All delivered in a bright and energetic package that captures the spirit of the firm and the types of people it seeks to attract.
