You’ll rarely look at the clock or wait to watch the grass grow. If you’re not comfortable in a fast-paced, relatively high-stress environment, you should consider, well, other options. You will almost certainly work on many different projects at more or less the same time so the ability to juggle is a prerequisite. We figure that if we’re 120% booked, then we are likely to be 100% busy. A wide variety of assignments means you’ll learn strong sets of skills and gain insight into how nearly every marketing challenge is executed.
We know people work and think better in a hip, comfortable environment. Plus, it’s just more productive. But don’t take our word for it.
