Why Culture MattersBy Greenfield/Belser

Why are your competitors outperforming you? What ingredient do they have that you’re missing? You might think it’s skill, maybe it’s manpower or maybe they’re just smarter than you—but, it’s more than likely, none of the above.
Bain & Company recently released a survey, Building a winning culture, where 365 companies in Europe, Asia and North America showed that 81 percent of business leaders believed that companies lacking a high-performance culture are doomed to mediocrity. And who wants to work for or hire a mediocre company? No one.
Greenfield/Belser Ltd. is by no means mediocre, and I like to believe our company culture plays a big role in our success. Our culture can be summed up in our company values: Compromise neither your own artistic integrity nor your client’s goals—this is the secret to superior marketing communications. Read. Study. Be curious and more informed than your competitors. Search for fundamentals —this is the secret to understanding why things work the way they do. Persist until you have the one right answer—this is the secret to growth as a professional. Love your work. Have fun. Make as much money as you honestly can—this is one secret of happiness.
Our unique culture attracts the best and most talented individuals in our field. Our employees seek us out for our collaborative and innovative atmosphere. From the moment you step through our doors, whether you’re a colleague, guest or client, you are greeted by our culture’s biggest asset, our people. The people of Greenfield/Belser offer and demand nothing less than excellence, passion, dedication and smart creative work. And we have a pretty good time doing it.
