Greenfield Belser has been a Finn Partners company for almost two years. This year we are adopting the new Finn brand style we created for the firm that is on the second spread of our book. That’s exciting for all of us here at Finn, but that’s hardly all that has been going on this past year. Really, it is impossible to say we love the work we did for one client more than another, but our goal is always to show you a balanced portfolio—across sectors with firms of varying sizes located all around the country. Create the Best Career Section

The Careers section needs to demonstrate the personality and culture of your firm in a unique way.

  1. Show what it's like to work for the firm; don’t just list the openings.
  2. Put the firm's story in the mouth of its partners, associates, alumni and staff, but do it creatively.
  3. Use video, animation and graphics to tell your firm's story. But beware! No one wants to listen to a seven-minute video of a talking head.
  4. Make it fun and engaging; this is your chance to show your firm’s most relaxed side.
  5. Incorporate social media, especially in this section of the site.
