At Greenfield/Belser, we're digital natives. We support technical excellence, no question, and we want the latest features and functions for your website. In fact, our research last year on the best software in every category proves we are thinking about the entire Marketing Ecosystem. But as we listen to conversations around web design and development, we would be remiss if we did not point out the obvious topic that's missing in these conversations: your prospects read websites, not code.

Your first responsibility in your website project is brilliant strategy and design. That's what convinces prospects they've called the right firm or made the right decision to hire you. Our latest survey, Brand Regression, suggests clients believe websites are hugely important but do little to help the brand. What's wrong with this picture?
