Greenfield Belser has been a Finn Partners company for almost two years. This year we are adopting the new Finn brand style we created for the firm that is on the second spread of our book. That’s exciting for all of us here at Finn, but that’s hardly all that has been going on this past year. Really, it is impossible to say we love the work we did for one client more than another, but our goal is always to show you a balanced portfolio—across sectors with firms of varying sizes located all around the country. After 40+ years at Latham & Watkins handling M&A, internal investigations and securities offerings, Christopher "Kit" Kaufman found the perfect time to branch out on his own. With specialized experience with corporate boards, Kit decided to bring a new concept to market: to provide high-end counseling, representation and protection to independent members of boards of directors, as the first to offer independent director representation as a sole practitioner that would not compete with either inside or outside counsel.

To help Kit get started we designed a new logo, website, stationery and announcement materials.We developed "Guidance for Independent Directors" to highlight Kit's strategic advice and background.  Graphically, the compass promoted throughout the new material illustrates the expert strategy and direction he provides. Kit's experience and expertise is promoted on the new website—cleanly and clearly.


Kit's next stop? The board room.
