Work shines in all major categories
Earlier this month, Greenfield/Belser and Brand Research Company (BRC) clients won 12 Legal Marketing Association Your Honor Awards (YHAs), among them:
FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD PLACE FOR WEBSITE DESIGN
Greenfield/Belser clients swept the entire Website category at this year’s awards ceremony. WeirFoulds, an 80-lawyer firm based in Toronto, took home first place. Judges said the site presents the firm as “sophisticated, talented and established.” Sterne Kessler, a 50-lawyer intellectual property firm based in Washington, D.C., took second place and Faegre & Benson, a 500-lawyer firm based in Minneapolis, took third.
FIRST PLACE FOR ANNOUNCEMENT
Judges described a brand announcement for WeirFoulds as “excellent, vivid and handsome.” They also commented, “the message was clear, even with a quick skim.”
FIRST PLACE FOR TRADE SHOW BOOTH
Toronto firm McMillan LLP (150 lawyers) redesigned its trade show booth to reflect its strong new brand and provide installation flexibility to meet changing market needs. The YHA judges gave it first place, commenting that design and function were both “excellent.”
FIRST PLACE FOR SINGLE ADVERTISEMENT
McMillan’s brand-launch ad—“What’s in a Name?”—gained first-place honors from the YHA judges, who called it “attention-grabbing” and “bold.”
THE LIST GOES ON
Second place to Practising Law Institute (Identity), Choate Hall & Stewart (Trade Show Booth) and Clifford Chance (Recruiting). Third place to McMillan (Identity) and Nixon Peabody (Market Research). In addition, a sales system created for Poyner Spruill received honorable mention in LMA’s Brochure category.
