Greenfield Belser has been a Finn Partners company for almost two years. This year we are adopting the new Finn brand style we created for the firm that is on the second spread of our book. That’s exciting for all of us here at Finn, but that’s hardly all that has been going on this past year. Helping Clients Uncover their Compelling Story

Drawing on 25 years’ experience in the professional services industry, Kim is a senior strategist for Greenfield/Belser in Columbus, Ohio. She brings to her clients a background of in-house and entrepreneurial law firm marketing, brand strategy development and management.

Kim knows how to create and manage strategic-level marketing and business development programs for small and mid-sized law firms. She has worked closely with management and segmented marketing groups to identify, plan for, and respond to marketing opportunities. She knows smart business and marketing strategies to fit the needs of both small and mid-sized firms, as well as best practices for investments and resources that will impact the firm’s overall business goals.

As an in-house director of marketing for over a decade before becoming a consultant, Kim developed and implemented strategic marketing plans and led the internal brand initiative for several Midwestern law firms and corporations including Anheuser-Busch. She created marketing growth plans catered to each industry-related business segment, and produced and monitored individual and group marketing plans focused on business development goals. Kim has also been behind the conceptualization and successful launch of a number of women’s legal initiatives in law firms, as well as the creator of the brand strategy for a variety of firm brands across the country. She is involved with the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and has been a speaker and facilitator at local, regional and national industry events, in addition to writing for a number of industry publications.

Kim will be involved in the Market Compass process where discovery and strategy come together and she will handle all internal interviews with your team.

I grew up in

A family of four daughters in the same house until I left for college. Then I returned to that same house after college for a short time until I married my husband. Then I took my children back to that same house to visit their grandparents.

When not working...

I particularly enjoy My family, running, vacationing in Siesta Key, volunteering for cancer events, losing myself in a good movie and a new found love for hot yoga.
